HASANAT BOUTIQUE SHIPPING POLICY

 

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Hasanat Boutique website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

The time required to prepare your item(s) for shipment. This does not include the transit time with the carrier.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed, verified, and packaged for shipment within 1–2 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are considered received on the following business day for processing purposes.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (e.g., major sales or holidays), processing may be extended up to 3 business days.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)

Hasanat Boutique currently ships exclusively to all 50 states in the United States. Shipping charges and delivery estimates are detailed below.

Note on Delivery Estimates: Transit times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. Hasanat Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays.


3. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to the following addresses:

  • P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes)

  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses (Military/Diplomatic Mail)

  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)


4. Confirmation & Tracking

Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing the carrier information and your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking Activity: The tracking number will typically become active and update with carrier information within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.


5. Damages, Loss, and Delivery Issues

Hasanat Boutique is not liable for packages lost or stolen by the shipping carrier once the item has left our facility.

  • Carrier-Damaged Goods: If the goods are damaged by the carrier during transit, we will provide an exchange for the same item. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.

  • Filing a Claim: If you receive a damaged product, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. You must still contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to file a claim, as the carrier is financially responsible.

  • Missing Packages: If tracking shows the item as "Delivered," but you have not received it, you must contact the responsible shipping carrier to file a lost or stolen package claim.
