HASANAT BOUTIQUE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, here is a guide to our return process.
Return Window and Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you must first contact us at hasanat.boutique@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted. If returning more then 2 items at a time only 2 item will be accepted for return, other will be not accepted for return but can be exchanged with other equal value items. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Shipping Damage (Carrier Error): The goods were verifiably damaged during shipping by the provider we selected. In this specific case, the damaged goods will be exchanged for the same item. Please submit photographic evidence of both the damaged item and the damaged exterior packaging immediately upon receipt.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customer Pays: For all returns due to change of mind, size exchange, or any other reason that is not our error, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Store Pays: We will cover the full cost of the return shipping and issue a full refund (including original shipping) only if the item you received was Defective or Wrong Item (the item was clearly damaged upon arrival, and not due to shipping, or you received the wrong product/size due to our error).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature and high value of certain garments, we cannot accept returns on the following: Sarees and Lehengas (All Sales Final), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products or jewelry worn in piercings), sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hasanat.boutique@gmail.com.
